Premier King –

Our newest and finest rooms offering the greatest luxury and comfort. These 8 unique rooms are located on the second floor of our Historic Train Depot section of the hotel dating from 1913 and are accessed by stairs. All rooms have been fully renovated for today’s discerning traveler. Dogs are not allowed in this room type. Maximum occupancy is 2.

Single King –

Our most spacious rooms, each are unique with features all their own. Single king rooms are available throughout the hotel on the first and second floors. Select King rooms are designated dog friendly or handicap accessible – please call for details or to reserve.  Maximum occupancy is 3, with possible rollaway bed depending on configuration.

Double Queen –

A favorite selection for groups or families. These rooms are available throughout the hotel on the first and second floors. Occupancy is 4 people, and may be increased to 5 people with possible rollaway bed. Select Double Queen rooms are designated as dog friendly or handicap accessible – please call us for details and to reserve.

Single Queen –

Perfect for couples or solo travelers our Single Queen rooms are available throughout the hotel on the first and second floors. Dogs are not allowed in this room type. Select Single Queen rooms are handicap accessible – please call for details and to reserve. Occupancy is 2 people, and may be increased to 3 people depending on room configuration with possible rollaway bed. Not all Single Queen guest rooms feature a desk due to size.

GROUP BLOCKS: Groups needing 10 or more rooms per night may qualify for a Group Room Block.  Group reservations may generally be made up to 1 year in advance, but not less than 30 days prior, and require a Group Block Contract. For Group Blocks please contact us at 406-535-8721 or email.
GSA RATE: Select State and Federal employees on official business may be granted the GSA governmental rate.  Blackout dates and restrictions apply for all discounted rates. Please provide Government ID or work orders upon checking in to be qualified, otherwise rate will revert to Best Available Rate at the time of check in. Please call the Front Desk directly at 406-535-8721 for availability and details when booking your reservation.
CORPORATE CONTRACTS: We are pleased to be a preferred hotel for many companies who service Central Montana. For more information about a corporate contract please call us at 406-535-8721 or email . Blackout dates and restrictions apply for all discounted rates.
TAX EXEMPT: In order to receive a tax exempt reservation, please provide your tax exempt certificate to us at the time of making your reservation or upon checking in. Once you have been checked in and charged for your room and taxes, we are unable to refund any taxes paid. The $1/night TBID charge is an assessment and not a tax and is not subject to removal even with a tax exempt certificate.  Thank you for your understanding.

CANCELLATION POLICIES –
For regular guest room reservations, please cancel by 3pm the day before your reservation arrival date (24 hours prior to check-in.) Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to expected check-in, or no show’s, will be charged one night’s stay plus taxes.
Group Room Block reservations have a cancellation policy that may differ. Please check with your Group Coordinator for guest rooms booked under a Group Room Block.
All guests will need to check-in by 11:59pm on the day of arrival or you will be considered a no show. If you know you will be arriving after midnight, you must call us to hold your room and tell us when to expect you. Thank you!
MINIMUM AGE TO RESERVE – 18yrs with valid ID
DOG POLICY – We are proud to be a DOG FRIENDLY hotel. Other pets or animals are not allowed. Select rooms are designated as dog friendly. When booking, call us directly and indicate if you are bringing a dog as these rooms are first come, first serve. A $20/night fee will be added to your room for each dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed in a dog friendly designated room.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED (of any substance.) All guest rooms & public areas of the hotel (courtyard, hallways, meeting rooms, balconies and patios, etc.) are smoke free spaces. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas at least 25 feet from any doorway, window or air intake.
PAYMENTS – We accept major Credit Cards only for guest room reservations. All reservations require a credit card and matching valid ID at check in for payment and to cover incidentals. Please note, if you are traveling in a group or with an organization, a personal card is required for incidentals at the time of check in unless the group or organization has arranged in writing with us to cover all incidentals prior to your stay. 
ACCESSIBILITY – Due to the vintage of our structures, we do not have an elevator in the hotel. Many rooms are located on the second floor. Wheelchair / Handicap accessible rooms are available by request for Single King, Double Queen and Single Queen room types and these are first come, first serve. Accessible room are located on the ground floor. Please reserve these rooms by calling the front desk directly should you have mobility needs. Online booking is not recommended. 
ROOM ADDITIONS – A rollaway bed may be accommodated in certain rooms at a $25/night additional charge. Supply is very limited, please ensure your request is made when you reserve your room as they are first come, first serve. Requests after 3pm on day of arrival are not able to be accommodated.
QUIET NIGHTS POLICY – For the comfort and convenience of all of our guests, we have a ZERO tolerance policy for noise between the hours of 10pm – 7am. Please do not congregate in any public areas of the hotel after 10pm. Noise complaints may result in eviction without refund. Any compensation given to guests disturbed by you or your guests will be charged to your account at management’s discretion. We all need our beauty sleep!  
HOUSEKEEPING – We do not service guest rooms daily. Guest rooms will be refreshed and serviced by our Housekeeping Staff every 5 days during your stay or weekly for long-term stays. Please ensure your “Do Not Disturb” sign is removed by 1pm otherwise we will be unable to enter. Unfortunately, we are unable to service guest rooms for stays less than 5 days at this time. Please inform the front desk if you require any towels, amenities or trash pick up. 
FOOD PREPARATION – Use of any appliance or cookware other than the microwave and coffee maker provided in your guest room is not allow. Please do not bring/use any grills, hot plates, air fryers, toaster ovens, etc. Use of such is hazardous to the property and disturbs other guests.  Use may result in eviction without refund.
POOL & SPA – Our pool and spa are typically open from 9am – 10pm but may be closed at any time for maintenance. Use of amenities outside of posted hours, or when closed for maintenance, may result in immediate eviction with no refund. Only registered guests may use any amenity of the hotel. We do not charge an amenity use fee.
Amenity availability is subject to change without notice and is not guaranteed. Refunds will not be granted if any amenity is not available at any point during your stay. We will do our best to alert guests prior to check-in but please call with any inquiries.
